  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us with details and proof of the damage or defect.
