About Mataī Timber

Mataī (black pine) is a beautiful native New Zealand timber prized for its rich, warm tones and exceptional durability. This reclaimed Mataī has been given new life as a kitchen tool that will last for generations. Its natural density makes it resistant to warping, while the distinctive grain pattern ensures each spatula is truly one-of-a-kind.
